I eat a few pecans, walnuts and/or almonds almost every day. I also try to include fish (unbreaded) in my diet at least once or twice a week. And I consume whole grain breads and cereals almost exclusively. Some food products now advertise Omega 3 Oil content on their labels.

My doc has prescribed 1000mg fish oil twice a day to help lower my triglycerides. I am not a hot dog fan,so I must be getting them elsewhere.

I've seen the Omega 3 oil advertised to be in various products. For now I am doing the fish oil regimen.
